Dover, Tampa Florida, great neighborhood at better prices than Brandon and Valrico.  Brandon and Valrico are popular areas for Tampa residents looking for suburbs centrally located. However, real estate is getting pricey again in this area not to mention rentals. Dover is an area just next to Valrico which offers lower price per sq.ft. on homes, it is still centrally located and boast nice neighborhoods and amenities. Dover has easy access to I-4 and it is a short drive to business and atractions such as Walmart, Starkbucks, Lowes, Home Depot, the Brandon Mall and the Hard Rock Café and Casino. It is excellent for military families as Macdill Air Force base is just 40 minutes.

Check out this excellent newer construction home boasting almost 3,000 square feet just listed at $265k and better yet for rent for just $1800 a month, way below the rental rate of Brandon and the Valrico area. http://janeth.michaelvaldes.com/property/24-T2619803-1801-Abbey-Trace-Dr-Dover-FL-33527. This property is located in the popular and exclusive gated community Abbey Trace.
